Who says only youth can earn a merit badge. This "merit badge" has very tough requirements, such as:   

*Take a nap every day at camp

* Read a book

*Take a training course

* And others...

 If you know a scouter that has done these difficult tasks at camp award them with The Scout Leaders Merit Badge.
